Equipment Warranty

Equipment sold by AgroCares is warranted for manufacturing defects for the period of one (1) year, starting from the date of delivery as described in section 13.2 of our general terms and conditions. 

The warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement or refund of any defective equipment, which is at AgroCares’ sole discretion. This Warranty shall be customer’s sole remedy in case of defective Equipment. Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code is excluded.
