The AgroCares Carbon Monitor Solution (CMS) is a user-friendly tool to measure and monitor soil organic carbon stock in a fast, reliable and affordable way.
The CMS app generates optimal sampling locations which enable rapid soil scanning in the field using the AgroCares handheld Scanner.
The CMS is powered by SoilCASTOR, a peer-reviewed methodology that leverages a global carbon model by fusing satellite data, direct proximal sensing-based soil measurements, and state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms. In-situ measurements from soils all over the globe bolster this model.
The AgroCares Carbon Monitor Solution allows the user to quantify annual soil organic carbon removals, both for compensation projects and insetting purposes.
This app is available for Android devices and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Please note that you need a valid license to use this app.
